Anna Zawislanski, MPH

EVP, Government Practice Leader

With 25+ years of communications experience, Anna provides research-informed strategic counsel and translates complex information into compelling narratives that drive meaningful marketing and social impact. Anna wears two hats at Crosby. She oversees high-profile behavior change campaigns from development to integrated execution to evaluation. And she leads Crosby’s thriving Government practice, driving growth, nurturing strategic partnerships, and elevating performance across accounts.

With a passion and commitment to public health, Anna has partnered with leading federal agencies, including HHS, NIH, CDC, AHRQ, HRSA, SAMHSA, and USDA, to help address chronic disease, nutrition and obesity, mental health, addiction, and other leading health issues among professional and consumer audiences. She also provides strategic oversight across client programs that enhance wellness and prosperity, focusing on issues such as food security, fraud prevention, and national service.

Prior to joining Crosby, she served as Director of Public Health at Ogilvy Washington and as an Account Director at the American Institutes for Research. Anna received a Master of Public Health from San Diego State University and a BS in Communication Studies from Northwestern University.
Anna lives in DC with her husband and a menagerie of pets. When not working, she can be found at a hot yoga studio or doing big jigsaw puzzles.
