Carrie Dooher

EVP, Senior Strategist

Carrie is a strategic leader and trusted advisor to federal agencies, nonprofits, and private-sector organizations, guiding high-impact branding, integrated communications, and recruitment marketing initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience, she has led mission-driven programs tied to critical national health mandates and public service priorities that inspire people to lead healthier, safer, and more meaningful lives.

At Crosby, Carrie leads key client partnerships, including the integrated marketing program to recruit a new generation of Volunteers to serve in the Peace Corps. She provides executive leadership across branding, crisis communications and PR, digital and website development, and full-funnel performance marketing programs. This work has garnered more than a dozen national awards for creative and marketing excellence.

Carrie has directed integrated marketing and behavior change programs for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, CDC, and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, translating complex science and policy into action that improves public health outcomes.

Prior to Crosby, Carrie was a Senior Vice President at Ogilvy and previously served as Director of Trends and Consumer Insights at the International Food Information Council and Foundation. She holds a dual degree from the University of Michigan and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.

Outside of work, Carrie enjoys exploring trails and adventures around the DC area, cheering on baseball and basketball teams, and tackling DIY projects, all with her sons.
