She harnesses the power of media mix modeling, AI optimization, and performance-based solutions that make every media dollar work harder in delivering ROI.
Whether it’s a microtargeted buy or a $20 million media campaign, Pam moves audiences from awareness to action for Crosby clients including Peace Corps, Social Security Administration, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Defense, USDA, Shriners Children’s, Kaiser Permanente, DAV (Disabled American Veterans), and more. She has deep expertise in reaching national and niche audiences through multiple channels including digital, social, broadcast, streaming, out-of-home, and experiential promotions – all working together and optimized to achieve desired outcomes.
Pam began her media career at Henry J. Kaufman & Associates and went on to Eisner Communications before joining Crosby in 2003. She currently serves on the 4As Media, Tech & Data committee. Pam graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Journalism.
Pam and her husband are recent empty nesters and enjoy spending their free time exploring Annapolis and the Eastern Shore.
