A seasoned strategist with Crosby since 2009, Madeline drives the development of large-scale national public education, behavior change, and digital activation campaigns. She champions the use of formative research, real-time analytics, and performance optimization to continually inform strategic decisions, elevate engagement, and accelerate impact.
Madeline leads Crosby’s work the Social Security Administration, creating national outreach campaigns and digital experiences that improve the public’s ability to plan, apply for, and manage Social Security benefits. This work—along with her leadership on Crosby’s Health Resources and Services Administration contract to inspire more Americans to register as organ donors—leverages an integrated mix of PSA campaigns, digital and social media, influencer partnerships, public relations, and community engagement. She has also led marketing programs for U.S. Department of Education, USDA, and Kaiser Permanente.
Madeline’s 25+ year career in advertising began at Young & Rubicam in New York, where she worked on Pfizer, Genentech, and Allergan accounts. She further honed her expertise on the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute’s ‘The Heart Truth’ campaign for medical device manufacturer Guidant. She holds a BA in Biology, with minors in Psychology and Art History, from Indiana University.
A sports enthusiast and Atlanta resident, Madeline spends her spare time cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers and Atlanta Hawks. She is also a proud “soccer mom” to her two children.
