Sabrina has more than 20 years of experience in the complexities of government contracting, financial analysis, and management. She provides a wealth of expertise in proposal development and pricing, teaming arrangements, contract compliance, and implementing effective corporate policies and procedures.
Since joining Crosby in 2015, she has been influential in the success and growth of the firm’s Government practice, handling all regulatory and financial reporting needs. She has extensive knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Incurred Cost Submissions (ICS), as well as FFP, CPFF, CPAF, T&M, IDIQ, and GSA contract requirements.
Prior to Crosby, Sabrina led the Internal Review and Accounting departments at The MIL Corporation. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Project Controller at Deloitte Consulting and a Senior Contract Analyst at BearingPoint.
She is proud to serve on the Anne Arundel Medical Center Building Traditions Society Leadership Advisory Council – a philanthropic group supporting vital areas to improve care for the community. She holds a BS in Accounting and International Business from the University of Maryland.
Sabrina resides in Annapolis with her husband, four children, and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on her kids at sporting events and spending time with family and friends out on the water.
